The red Freeflight Moto Gimbal Stabilizer from FotodioX provides active three-axis stabilization for your GoPro HERO camera and most smartphones. Use this gimbal to smooth out handheld moves or other potentially shaky footage such as sports coverage. Instead of being locked in place while in handheld mode, your camera's pan, tilt, and roll axes are actively adjusted to keep your device's horizon line level. The Moto thus allows your HERO or smartphone to more intuitively follow the tilts and pans of your wrist motion while maintaining a level horizon. Automatic leveling calibration is achieved in approximately ten seconds after the gimbal is powered up. The gimbal features brushless motors, a foam rubber handgrip, and rechargeable Lithium-Ion batteries. The included GoPro HERO cradle secures your camera in the gimbal while maintaining access to all the camera's controls. A counterweight is included for using the Moto with a smartphone, as well as a foam shock absorber for use with the HERO. An optional tube (available separately) extends the gimbal handgrip's standard 6.6" length to 10".
