Burns and Mr. Burns is a rich, influential citizen of Springfield, one of the main antagonists of The Simpsons and a minor antagonist in The Simpsons Movie. He is the owner and manager of the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant. Burns is Springfield's richest and most powerful citizen.
