The development studio Rare, which has become known under the title of Banjo Kazooie, is again proving its worth. And this time more violently than ever! Conker's Bad Fur Day is an adventure for up to four players on the N64. A mixture of action, jump'n run, puzzle and adventure. This mixture, coupled with vague, uncomfortable situation comics, has not yet existed in this form. Conker's Bad Fur Day with his notorious squirrel in the lead role, however, is not just a clumsy outgrowth of unbelievable obscenities and vulgar language usage (although plenty of it). Rather, you can look forward to a solid game design, an impressive graphics engine and a sound like you've never heard of before on this console. In addition, there are numerous other technical finesses that are second to none. But one thing the player of Conker's Bad Fur Day must certainly have: a lot of black humor! Examples please? Well: In the opening scene, Conker drinks with his friends in a bar. After having consumed as much beer as a squirrel can only tolerate, he leaves the illustrious round, only to give himself out on the street for the first time, powerful and drunk the pub to fall asleep. Particularly amusing are also those allusions to famous scenes from cinema sequences like "Matrix" and "Saving Private Ryan" (The soldier James Ryan) with Tom Hanks. We do not want to anticipate too much, but be assured that you will not trust your eyes when you experience the invasion of squirrels on the occasion of the Normandy landing. Parody, how it can not be more beautiful!
