North Korea (officially the Democratic People's Republic of Korea or DPRK) is a country in East Asia occupying the northern half of the Korean Peninsula that lies between Korea Bay and the East Sea (Sea of Japan). It borders China to the north, Russia to the north east and South Korea to the south. Tourist travel to North Korea is only possible as part of a guided tour. Independent travel is not permitted. If you are not prepared to accept severe limitations on your movements, behaviour, and freedom of expression, you should not travel to North Korea.

The only reason Pakistan and India are ahead of North Korea is because those two countries hate each other and have a lot of people voting on this site. While both countries have their problems, they are not so bad to deserve any place on this top 10 list.

The problem is about the government. I feel terrible sorry for the citizens of North Korean, because their government cared about nothing except military. Many people are starving and the governments are still thinking about creating nuclear weapons.
These ten lists are just to attract the audience, otherwise anywhere on the planet is definitely the best place to live .. It just depends on how you live in that place! If you live right, it is the best place, and if you live with wrong decisions, that place will be hell!
