Checkers from Best Board Games

At least 5000 years of age, checkers has earned the right to be among the best board games of all time. The game includes two players moving game pieces diagonally to “hop” over the pieces of the opponent. “Hopped over” pieces are permanently captured by the opposing player. The first player to capture opponent’s pieces wins.
