The wing dragon of ra is the strongest because it is in a different class. obelisk is the second strongest.

The Winged Dragon of Ra
The Ra’s Dragon makes a very strong appearance within Yugioh. The player needs to sacrifice Life Points and an equal amount of attack and defense will be given to the card. It is a Divine-Beast type card of level 10. The card can target one monster and destroy it.
I love this card. I used to troll all of my friends with it. If you put obelisk,slifer and ra all at the same time ra would still win because if he has just 2,000 attack because of his ability he would beat them both.

Slifer the Sky Dragon
This one would be near the top of anyone’s desired Yugioh cards list. It is a level 10 Divine-Beast card that gains 1000 in Attack and Defense for each card you got in your hand. If summoned in your opponent’s field while in Attack Position, the enemy monster loses 2000 Attack.
Five Headed Dragon
Many sources state this one as the most powerful Yugioh card one can find. Level 12, 5000 in Attack and Defense and invincibility to most of the types of monsters. It is a Dark Monster that can only be Fusion Summoned. 5 Dragon-type monsters simply rock the field.
The Dark Master - Exodia
It would be the most powerful Yugioh card… if it was real. If an infinity in attack and defense is not enough, then this card is also able to end the duel at once. Too good to be true, right? Even the Five-Headed Dragon would be helpless against this Spellcaster card.
If you get the legendary beast starter pack, this card can deal 10,000 attack!
