Not receiving the best Call of Duty game title, it still appealed to many fans. It continues the story of CoD: MW2 and includes beloved Captain Price, Soap MacTavish, and Yuri as playable characters. They hunt down well-known Makarov, antagonist of the MW 2. Game offers epic fights and some tragic deaths to spice it up.

This was the first of all Call of Duty games to break out from the power of WWII at that time. Released in 2007, it looks a bit into the future, setting in 2011. This time the player fights Russian terrorists in the raging civil war as the member of the US or British special task forces.

Going back to the World War II, it was unable to take away from the original installments the name of the best Call of Duty game that covers that war. This time we are given more gameplay at the Eastern Front and the Pacific War. Historical battles and usual epicness included, along with classy multiplayer.
