Best Overwatch Halloween Skins
Blizzard released a new Halloween-themed seasonal update for Overwatch today. The limited-time event features a brand-new, four-player co-op mode, Junkenstein's Revenge, and a host of new character skins, emotes, victory poses, sprays and more. For a look at the new epic and legendary skins that players can earn in Overwatch Halloween Terror, check out the screenshots below. You'll find new skins for Ana, Bastion, Hanzo, Junkrat, Mercy, Pharah, Reaper, Rienhardt, Roadhog, Soldier: 76, Symmetra and Zenyatta. Unlike Blizzard's previous season event, Summer Games, Overwatch players will be able to purchase the following costumes with credits through Nov. 1. Many aren't cheap, however. The more coveted skins, like Witch Mercy and pumpkin-headed Reaper, run 3,000 credits each.
Reaper is a deadly assassin that can move like a ghost through the battlefield, dispatching enemies and draining the life from their corpses, disappearing before their allies can catch him. Reaper is most effective at close quarters, and uses his movement abilities to get close to vulnerable targets. He is at his best when ambushing and swiftly silencing targets before slipping back into the shadows. With his Death Blossom turning him into a deadly whirlwind, Reaper can be devastating in confined spaces, turning an enemy charge into a massacre.
Mercy’s Valkyrie Suit helps keep her close to teammates like a guardian angel; healing, resurrecting or strengthening them with the beams emanating from her Caduceus Staff.
Junkenstein's Revenge is a co-operative brawl that is exclusive to the Halloween Terror event. It is narrated by Reinhardt and its events are non-canon, taking place in the fictional land of Adlersbrunn, which is based on the bridge and castle gates of Eichenwalde.
Immortal Soldier:76 (Thriller:76)
Soldier: 76 is one of the heroes in Overwatch. He is a vigilante who aims to bring the enemies who brought down his former organization to the light of justice. Armed with cutting-edge weaponry, including an experimental pulse rifle that’s capable of firing spirals of high-powered Helix Rockets, Soldier: 76 has the speed and support know-how of a highly trained soldier.
Dr. Junkenstein's Monster
Junkenstein's Monster is the second boss that will appear. He has, of course, the highest health pool of all of the bosses in the event, and will appear just under where Junkenstein will appear. He uses all of Roadhog's normal abilities, of course, and can heal himself, making him a tough opponent to dispatch.
